Halloween Live Show

Live Show at the Winchester Mystery House.

Being the host of a popular morning show can seem lonely while you're recording the show in the studio at 5am. But there are times where it can be easy to remember that there are fans that are listening to the show and that's what keeps them going. Sometimes, the hosts, Sarah and Vinnie, will participate in events where they conduct the show in front of a live audience. They call these events a, 'live show'.

On Halloween Sarah and Vinnie have a tradition of hosting a live show at the Winchester Mystery House in San Jose. This year, the show was just as big of a hit as ever before. At the event there were a few incentives for listeners to come such as live contests with the audience and sponsors from different food vendors such as Psycho Donuts and the Organic Coup. The audience members were incentivized to wear their Halloween costumes because if they showed up in one, they would be entered into a raffle to win things like concert tickets and Winchester Mystery House tickets.

Having a live audience makes the show more exciting for the crowd as well as the hosts. Being able to interact with the crowd makes it so that there is never any moments to have awkward silence, or a lack of things to say. The show can be stressful to set up in a new location, but it is worth it in the end for the fans and the show.
